01Introduction
- The “EJIASU Service Platform” is an independent, third-party utility site focused on latency optimization for Minecraft multiplayer. It primarily uses route scheduling and connection optimization to improve network quality when users access third-party Minecraft servers. Unless stated otherwise, it is referred to below as the “Site.”
- “Minecraft (International Edition)” is a descriptive term used by the Site to explain the scope of compatible services. It principally refers to versions of Minecraft developed by Mojang Studios and supplied through Mojang, Microsoft, or officially recognized distribution channels. The term is not a separate official product name published by Mojang or Microsoft. References to Minecraft are made only to describe compatibility and use cases. Unless stated otherwise, it is referred to below as “Minecraft.”
02Nature of the Service
- The Site provides services only through the normal network connection methods of the official, unmodified Minecraft client. It does not provide launchers, clients, mods, or other software that changes game content, and it does not copy, sell, rent, or distribute the Minecraft game program, client files, or cracked versions.
- The Site serves only players who have purchased a legitimate copy of Minecraft and hold a valid game account. It does not provide or facilitate pirated, cracked, or unlawfully shared accounts, and does not help users bypass account verification, ownership verification, bans, or other access controls imposed by Microsoft, Mojang, or third-party Minecraft servers.
- The Site is an independent third-party service provider, not an official Minecraft service. It has no affiliation, agency, authorization, approval, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement relationship with Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, or any third-party Minecraft server operator. Minecraft names, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. The Site uses relevant names descriptively only to explain compatibility, service purposes, or supported servers, and does not use names, materials, or page design to imply official authorization or association.
- The Site uses publicly available rules including the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and Minecraft Usage Guidelines as important references for defining the scope and conduct boundaries of Minecraft-related services. The Site manages its brand use, service delivery, and public conduct accordingly. Technical implementation is based on sources such as the Minecraft Wiki community and network-protocol documentation publicly released by Mojang, including the Mojang Bedrock Protocol Documentation.
03Acceptable Use
- Users must not publish, distribute, sell, or share non-public source addresses, authentication parameters, access credentials, or other restricted information through public channels. These channels include, without limitation, messaging services such as Discord, LINE, Facebook, QQ, and WeChat; video or information platforms such as YouTube, X (Twitter), Bilibili, and TikTok; and chat boxes, input fields, or similar channels on third-party online servers.
- Users must not perform port scans, vulnerability scans, stress tests, malicious probes, brute-force attempts, traffic attacks, DDoS/DoS attacks, or any action that may disrupt the Site, its upstream networks, or third-party networks.
- Users must not use the Site to conduct cyberattacks, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, account theft, unauthorized access, harassment, threats, or any other infringement of third-party rights.
- Users must follow each server's user agreement, community standards, anti-cheat rules, and other published rules. Cheats, prohibited clients, malicious mods, bots, automation, or other tools that undermine game fairness are not permitted.
- Without the Site's permission, users must not sell, rent, transfer, share, provision on behalf of others, or resell Site accounts, plans, route access, account credits, or other service benefits. These benefits are for the account holder's personal use only.
- Users must not obtain account credits or service benefits through software defects, automated scripts, malicious requests, multi-account abuse, or other abnormal methods.
04Privacy & Security
- The Site uses an open and transparent allowlist authorization process. It will not ask for passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, or other sensitive authentication information for Microsoft, Minecraft, or other third-party accounts.
- The Site does not actively collect or retain chat history, private communications, gameplay actions, or other information that is not directly necessary to provide network-routing services for the purpose of analyzing users' gameplay content.
- To identify accounts, authenticate routes, schedule connections, protect security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot faults, the Site may process IPv4/IPv6 addresses, player names, connection times, node information, connection status, login history, and necessary security logs.
- Screenshots, logs, chat records, or other materials submitted in support tickets are used only as necessary to handle faults, appeals, complaints, or related matters. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information through the ticket system. Deleting data required to maintain an account or service may make the relevant feature unavailable.
- The Site will not disclose non-public personal information to unrelated third parties unless the user has expressly authorized it; disclosure is necessary to provide the service or respond to a cybersecurity incident; or disclosure is required by a legally valid judicial, administrative, or law-enforcement request or other legal obligation.
05User Protections
- Account credits earned through check-ins, promotions, or other methods permitted by the Site will generally be retained long-term while the account remains in good standing and the relevant feature continues to operate.
- Account credits are internal service redemption units only. They are not currency or a financial product, do not accrue interest, have no fixed real-world cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, privately traded, or transferred between accounts.
- Account-credit balances and changes are governed by the Site's transaction records. Credits or benefits obtained through program errors, vulnerability exploitation, automated requests, multi-account abuse, or other abnormal methods may be corrected or revoked after verification.
- Before redeeming a service, users should confirm the applicable route, validity period, traffic limits, server, conditions of use, and other information shown on the page. Once a service has been activated normally, downgrades, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations for personal reasons are generally not supported, except where the Site experiences a system fault, makes a duplicate deduction, or cannot provide the corresponding service.
- If a fault affecting the Site's routes, systems, upstream nodes, or international networks makes a service unavailable for an extended period, the Site will take reasonable action based on the duration, scope, and service type, such as extending validity, restoring account credits, or adjusting routes.
06Disclaimers
- Game latency depends on many factors, including the user's location, internet service provider, international networks, congestion, device status, node load, and the destination server. The Site does not guarantee that the service will always reduce latency, eliminate packet loss, or maintain fixed network quality.
- Latency, Ping, route, packet-loss, and route-status data shown on the Site represent samples taken at a particular time, place, and network environment. They do not guarantee identical performance for other users, times, or providers.
- Issues caused by server maintenance, downtime, address changes, version updates, account bans, anti-cheat decisions, regional restrictions, rule changes, or service shutdowns are outside the Site's direct control and are not Site-controlled service faults.
- The Site may assist with troubleshooting issues caused by a user's device, client configuration, local network, provider, third-party software, or policy-violating activity, but it does not guarantee outcomes outside its control.
- Short-term network fluctuations, occasional disconnects, packet loss, and latency changes may occur in network services. The Site will provide reasonable troubleshooting and route adjustments, but does not guarantee absolute continuity, permanent availability, zero packet loss, or fixed Ping.
- If service is disrupted by natural disasters, large-scale telecommunications failures, major cyberattacks, upstream service interruption, or other circumstances beyond the Site's reasonable control, the Site will work to restore service and provide a reasonable response based on the actual impact.
07Updates to These Terms
- The Site may update these terms to reflect operational conditions, service functions, network environments, security risks, and changes to rules such as the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and Minecraft Usage Guidelines.
- Material changes that may clearly affect users' primary rights will be announced through a site notice, in-site notification, or another prominent method, except where an urgent security risk or third-party rule change requires prompt action.
- Continuing to use the Site after updated terms take effect means that the user has read and accepted the updated terms. Users who disagree may stop using the relevant service.
